I will refund your money in full up to eight full weeks before the start of your retreat, no question, no quibble.
I will refund 50% of your money up to four full weeks before the start of your retreat.
After this point, any refunds are entirely at my discretion and may rely on my being able to fill your place from my waiting list. You are very welcome to sell your ticket on should you prefer. I only ask that you inform us before doing so and get the new ticket holder to contact me to confirm their place. Failure on the new ticket holder to contact me may result in their being refused entry to the event and no refund being issued.
I reserve the right to refuse a refund during the final four weeks before an event as well during as the retreat itself without explanation.
Covid notice: Should an event have to be cancelled due to a change in Covid protocols, no refund will be given but you will be offered a place at a future event of your choice. Likewise, if you have to miss an event due to Covid, contact me to let me know your position. You will be able to rearrange your place to attend a future event. All refunds in this event are entirely at my discretion.
