January Meditation Challenge Day 31: The Final Day

Somehow it’s the end of January. Hasn’t this month flown by?

The end of the month brings with it the end of the January Meditation Challenge. I decided to set myself the challenge of meditating with a different method every day and sharing my practice with you so you could join in if you wanted, but with no pressure. If you found just one method that you loved and did that every day, great! It’s all about finding what works for you. 

Or maybe you were joining in with me, discovering new methods every day, taking your practice to a deeper level, building on the techniques as I’ve given them to you. 

However you used this challenge, even if you didn’t try anything out at all and simply read about the methods, hopefully, this has given you some insight into how simple it can be to start meditating.
